Reut leads the firm’s strategic, financial, and operational management, ensuring growth, efficiency, and excellent client service. She is responsible for business development, resource and team management, and implementing innovation to enhance the firm’s performance. In her role, she oversees the firm's ongoing operations and continuous development.
Reut has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2008. She holds an LL.B. (with honors) from Tel Aviv University (2007) and an M.A. in Labor Studies (with honors) from Tel Aviv University (2011).
Romi Avraham, Head of Human Resources, joined EBN in 2022.
In her role, she oversees and leads the firm’s people operations, including cross-organizational processes, employee engagement, organizational development, internal communication, and the creation of learning and training programs.
With over 20 years of experience in HR, Romi brings extensive expertise in organizational consulting, leadership guidance, employee motivation, career development, recruitment, and managing employee relations and welfare.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Sciences and is certified in personal coaching and NLP.
Moran Ben-Altabet, Head of Operation, joined EBN in 2018.
In her role, Moran leads the firm’s operational activities, oversees the administrative team, and implements cross-departmental projects. She focuses on streamlining internal processes and procedures while enhancing the experience for clients and employees.
Moran brings diverse experience in operations management, product management, and team leadership. Her background includes product management in B2C environments and serving as an occupational assessor and senior evaluator at the Adam Milo Institute, identifying organizational needs and developing practical solutions that support growth and efficient firm operations.
Moran holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, a certificate in Positive Psychology, and training as an Accessibility Coordinator - qualifications that bolster her ability to foster a professional, inclusive, and supportive work environment for all team members.
Liron Hadar, Head of Marketing Communications, joined EBN in 2023.
In her role, Liron leads the firm's marketing communications strategy, focusing on enhancing exposure to the firm's activities, areas of expertise, and legal team.
Liron heads the marketing department, which initiates and produces conferences, professional webinars, and events; manages branding, content, and marketing materials production; and manages the firm's public relations, digital, and social media activities.
With over 14 years of experience, Liron has held various roles in marketing and PR. She has served as Marketing Communications Manager at TIPA, Advertising, PR, and International Communications Manager at the Israel Export Institute, as well as PR Lead at a public relations firm serving companies from diverse industries.
Liron holds a B.A. in Business and Communication, a certificate in Graphic Design studies, and training in Art History and AI tools for Marketing.
Maya Lehman, CPA, joined EBN in 2019 as its Head of Finance.
In this role, she oversees the firm’s financial management and drives it toward meeting its financial and operational goals.
Maya is responsible for economic and strategic planning, implementing advanced financial systems, and leading cross-organizational processes. She is a key professional resource for managing the firm’s assets, ensuring stability, and adapting to evolving needs. Maya also maintains regular interfaces with clients, suppliers, banks, external accountants, and tax authorities.
Maya believes in combining professionalism, innovation, and collaboration as part of her approach to leading processes and promoting organizational growth.
Previously, Maya served as an auditor at the accounting firm KPMG, gaining extensive experience in financial management.
She holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration and has been a licensed CPA by the Israeli Board of Certified Public Accountants since 2016.
Merav brings decades of global and local experience in marketing leadership, strategy, and business development.
Her professional track record includes leading creative teams in an advertising agency on high-profile, multinational campaigns and many years as a VP of marketing in various high-tech environments, ranging from startups to major corporations.
Merav’s broad and diverse skill set is a valuable asset in her role at EBN. Her expertise spans building strategies, creating marketing infrastructure and frameworks for startups and scaling companies, establishing growth-oriented workflows, and branding. Over the years, she has spearheaded complex, organization-wide projects, implemented innovative, cross-organizational processes, and provided personal developmental support within organizations.
In addition to her marketing expertise, Merav leads 17 years of complex municipal operations in the public sector.
In his current role, Yoav is responsible for the development and implementation of advanced technological solutions in the office, with an emphasis on automation and streamlining work processes, information security, and the implementation of innovation processes and new Legal Tech technologies, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced AI capabilities. The Information Systems Department, under Yoav's management, is also responsible for the ongoing technological operations of the office.
Yoav brings with him over 25 years of experience in managing and developing complex technological projects integrated with business processes. In his previous roles, Yoav served as CTO and CIO in various companies and organizations, where he led innovative technological initiatives and large-scale digitization processes. Yoav holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA), which provides him with a deep understanding of the integration of technology and business strategy.
Anat is a Partner and the Head of Intern Department
As part of her role, Anat handles the needs of the firm’s legal interns, oversees the assignment of cases to the interns, and is responsible for their professional feedback and mentorship.
Anat is also a member of our legal interns’ recruitment team, which oversees the firm’s recruitment of all legal interns.
Anat started in the firm as a legal intern herself, and prior to assuming her current role, she served as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Her field of expertise included, amongst others, the representation of corporations and individuals before all court instances, as well as in arbitrations on matters of civil, commercial, and administrative law.
Anat serves as a member of the National Legal Internship Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
