Warner Music buys Israeli co IMGN Media

Representation Warner Music Group, for its acquisition of IMGN Media, an innovative Gen-Z oriented content generator for social networks.
Warner Music Group was represented by Partners Lior Oren and Nitzan Aberbach, along with attorneys Kay Geller and Gad Keren.
