On July 2018 our firm represented Vertex Ventures as the lead investor in a financing round of an aggregate investment amount of $5.7 million in ZenCity Technologies Ltd. ZenCity has developed a platform that helps municipalities to collect data and learn about the quality of services they provide to residents. The data collection is carried out in real time and based on available online information, thus contributes to reducing the gap between the city’s management and its residents and to the optimization of the decision-making processes in the municipality.
