Building tech company Veev becomes the first private firm to be listed on TASE UP
More Investment House and Shavit Capital, in their investment transaction, a first of its kind, via the TASE UP platform, in the company Veev Group, an American company specialized in advanced building solutions, in the context of the company’s fundraising round of over $100 Million.
The TASE UP platform is a new digital trading platform which allows technology and real estate companies to raise funds from institutional investors and accredited investors, and to be traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, without proceeding by way of a public offering. This transaction was the first time an investment was made by institutional investors on the new trading platform.
