Value LBH Group acquires 40% shares of Gadot Chemical

Tene Investment Funds, sold 42% stake in GADOT Group Chemicals Terminals (1985) Ltd. to Value LBH Infrastructure Group for USD 115 million.
Tene was represented by partners Doni Toledano, Lior Oren and associate Alon Abramovich from the Corporate and M&A Department, along with intern Asaf Hadar.
