Utimaco Acquires Celltick
Utimaco TS GmbH, a leading global provider of cybersecurity and compliance solutions has acquired Celltick Technologies Ltd., a global leader in the fields of Public Warning Systems (PWS) and Mass Notification Systems (MNS), and the world’s largest CBC (Cell Broadcast Center) provider.
