Uniphore Technologies Inc, which develops a conversational service automation platform, has acquired Jacada Ltd.
Jacada is an Israeli software company that specializes in developing and optimizing management solutions for customer support services.
Uniphore was represented by Partners Doni Toledano and Jonathan Achiron, Associates Eyal Birenberg, (Labor), Racheli Harel and Tom Lahav, and Interns Yonatan Levy and Stav Levy. Also Assisted are partners Nitzan Aberbach (Options), Lior Etgar (Privacy) and the Yair Benjamini law firm (Tax).
