Jacada Becomes Part of Uniphore Technologies as Acquisition is Completed

Uniphore Technologies completes acquisition of Israeli software company Jacada. Founded in 1990, Jacada specializes in the development of solutions for managing and optimizing business processes for customer service and support centers.
