The case of the Yair Netanyahu recording has also raised fundamental questions in labor law, such as the extent to which an employer can require an employee to participate in immoral activities. Attorney Miriam Kleinberger-Attar, a partner and head of our firm’s Labor Law Department, referred to this issue in an article published by Ynet and noted: “There are things that are clearly immoral, and it is unthinkable that an employee would be required to take part in them.
