“One of the securitization goals is to reduce costs, improve bank financing and financing by other institutions, and to vary investment possibilities for the public and institutional entities based on the assumption that encouraging a more sophisticated market will also contribute to reducing credit costs. Securitization can also relate to project finance, mainly BOT, that requires large scope financing”.
