The right to the hearing from now not only to direct workers but also to contractor employees

A new and precedential judgment given by the National #Labor Court recently may affect almost every employer.
According to the judgment, a #new obligation is now placed on “users”, who have contractor workers employed in their place of business, to hold a hearing to these workers prior to dismissal, even if no employment relationship exists between the “user” and the contractor worker.
