The court dismissed a claim for declaratory relief worth hundreds of millions of NIS

On August 27th 2018, the Tel Aviv District Court (honorable Vice President K. Kabub) ruled in C.C 39827-01-16, Yitzhaky-Bar Vs. Yitzhaky, in which attorneys Giora Erdinast and Arik Brenneisen from our Firm represented real estate entrepreneur Ron Yitzhaky and companies under his control, in a claim alleging that the plaintiff owns rights in a residential real estate project established by our clients in Kibbutz Glil-Yam, worth hundreds of millions of NIS.
The Court ruled in favor of our client and dismissed the complaint on the basis of res judicata and estoppel, adopting our arguments in these matters. The Court charged the plaintiff with the costs of the proceeding.
