The court dismissed a claim by a minority shareholder alleging the deprivation of its rights

On February 2nd 2018, the Tel Aviv District Court (honorable Vice President K. Kabub) ruled in O.M 6430-01-17, Yitzhaky-Bar Vs. Lo-Gi Trade and Industries LTD, in which attorneys Giora Erdinast and Arik Brenneisen from our Firm represented real estate entrepreneur Ron Yitzhaky, one of the most significant real estate developers in Israel, companies under his control and its’ directors, in a complaint filed by a minority shareholder alleging the deprivation of its rights.
The Court ruled in favor of our client and dismissed the complaint on the basis of res judicata and estoppel, adopting our arguments in these matters. The Court charged the plaintiff with the costs of the proceeding.
