Tene Investments Funds completed the purchase of 46% of the share capital of Traffilog Ltd.
Traffilog offers an advanced monitoring and locating system for drivers and car fleet managers, based on its unique in-depth automotive engineering knowledge, strong real-time programming skills and modern web-based applications by a vast network of leading experts in the fields of transportation, communications, logistics, operations and software development.
Our client, Tene, was represented by a team of lawyers from our M&A department led by senior Partner Lior Oren, Partner Eyal Wiesel and Associate Uri Bregman, along with Miriam Kleinberger Attar, Head of our Labor Department, Associate Matan Szatmari of our Labor Department, Michal Rothschild, Head of our Competition and Antitrust department and Associate Shelley Wechselmann of our Competition and Antitrust department.
