GlassesUSA.com Raises $45 Million In Funding from Tene Investment Funds

Tene Investment Funds has invested a total of $45 million equity and secondary investment, in GlassesUSA.com, A US-based Ecommerce company, and one of the global leading online retailers of prescription eyeglasses and eye wear accessories.
Tene Investment Funds was represented by partners Lior Oren and Viva Gayer and associate Gad Keren of the firm’s Corporate and M&A Department and legal intern Yonatan Levy, with the assistance of Partner Lior Etgar – Head of our Privacy and data protection practice and Associate Matan Szatmary of our Labor Law Department.
