Profile

Naama is a partner in the EBN’s Dispute Resolution department, specializing in complex litigation disputes. Naama represents corporations and individuals across all legal instances and arbitrations in the areas of civil, commercial, and administrative law. Throughout her tenure at the firm, Naama has successfully represented a diverse array of clients in various legal proceedings, including shareholder disputes in both public and private companies, matters concerning the liability of directors and officers, and intricate commercial disputes. Naama represents leading companies in their respective fields in derivative actions and class actions related to securities, communications, consumer issues, and more, as well as administrative petitions concerning tenders.

Naama holds an LLB (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University and an LLM in Commercial Law (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University in collaboration with UC Berkeley Law School. Prior to joining EBN, Naama interned for Justice Arbel and served as a legal assistant to Justice Grunis of the Supreme Court.

  • Legal counsel to an independent claims committee established by the Strauss Group concerning a recall event due to suspected salmonella contamination at the company’s confectionery factory.
  • Representation of shareholders in numerous claims related to shareholder disputes and minority oppression in significant Israeli companies, including a complex dispute among shareholders in an oil partnership.
  • Representation of former directors of the IDB Group in a series of derivative claims filed against them.
  • Representation of directors and officers in claims amounting to 200 million NIS and 500 million NIS filed by liquidators of companies.
  • Representation of A4 Desalination Ltd. in administrative petitions regarding the tender for the establishment and operation of the “Sorek” seawater desalination plant, one of the largest desalination plants in the world.
  • Representation of Electra Infrastructure, one of the leading infrastructure companies in Israel, in a complex dispute regarding a significant infrastructure project.
