Moty Yamin joined the firm in 2018 and serves as the Head of the Capital Markets and Securities Department. In his role, Moty advises boards of directors and senior management of public and private companies on all securities and corporate law aspects. His expertise includes providing legal counsel on corporate governance, securities offerings, supporting special independent committees, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers into public shells, related-party transactions, tender offers, dividend distributions, executive compensation policies, compliance reviews, enforcement programs, representation before the Israel Securities Authority, and more.
Moty brings unique experience, having held senior management positions at the Israel Securities Authority, including Director of the Corporate Department and Senior Advisor to the Authority’s Chairperson.
Additionally, Moty has lectured on securities law at Hebrew University and Tel Aviv University and is the author of `Corporations and Securities`, which provides a comprehensive review of the regulatory framework applicable to public companies.
