Avishay’s practice concentrates on banking & financial institutions and commercial transactions.
Avishay represents both lenders and borrowers in domestic and international financing transactions and provides legal counsel to public and private companies, such as Institutional Investors, High-tech and Real-estate companies, etc.

Prior Experience
