Yif’at is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Private Clients, Trusts, and Estates Department and is also active in the Planning and Building departments.
Yif’at handles inheritance matters, such as drafting wills, handling probate or inheritance order petitions, estate management, filing reports with the Custodian General on estate management, appeals to the courts regarding the management of estates, etc.
In addition, Yif’at specializes in complex real estate transactions. She handles sale agreements, lease agreements, pledge agreements, co-ownership agreements and option agreements – including their related taxation aspects. She also specializes in transactions on real estate owned by the Israel Land Authority (including transactions on estate blocks in agricultural communities), renewal and extension of long-term leases vis-à-vis the ILA, transfer of leaseholds, etc. Yif’at also engages in consolidation and parcellation plans, rental agreements for income-producing properties, and more.
Yif’at regularly works with many authorities – the Tax Authority, local authorities, the Israel Land Authority, the Land Registry Department, various planning bodies, and more. She also handles objections and other legal proceedings vis-à-vis these authorities.

Yif’at worked as a legal assistant to then-President of the Tel Aviv District Court, the Honorable Justice Uri Goren.
Before her admittance to the Bar, Yif’at worked at the Ministry of Defense as legal intern to its Legal Advisor, attorney Tzvia Gross.
During her academic studies, Yif’at was a member of the editorial board of Law Review, the law journal of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University.
