Yaron’s practice includes, among others, pharmaceutical research and development, the biotech and medical devices industries, technology transfer and licensing, and cyber security. Yaron’s practice also covers capital markets and the many diverse aspects of planning and implementing corporate structures, corporate financing, and mergers and acquisitions (M&As).

Between 1996 and 2001, Yaron founded and managed a number of technology start-ups, where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of the international corporate and business structure of each. Over the period, he gained frontline experience of the wide range of subjects related to corporate law, intellectual property (IP) and technology law, including licensing, R&D, joint ventures with local and foreign partners, financing and executive incentive programs.
