Yaron is a Partner, in the Energy, Infrastructure & Project Finance Department
Head of the Tenders and Project Development Practice. His practice includes, among others, representation of domestic and international corporations in energy and infrastructure projects executed by them in Israel and abroad, accompanying conventional technology, cogeneration, and renewable energy projects for the entire duration of the venture (including issuing licenses, drafting EPC, O&M and M&A agreements), representation of corporations and entrepreneurs before regulatory agencies, and representation of corporations in energy and infrastructure tenders.
