Tal is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Tal’s practice includes, among others, co-ownership agreements, option agreements, combination agreements, tenders, advising purchase groups and non-profit organizations, and ongoing legal advice for real estate companies, as of acquisition of the land, through selling of the apartments, and through to registering of the rights at the Land Registry and more.

Tal specializes in conducting preliminary checks regarding rights in the land, management of the negotiation process, drafting of agreements, managing communication with various authorities (local authorities, the Israel Land Authority, planning bodies and others), registering rights with the Land, Registry Office, and with the Israel Land Authority, including condominiums etc.
