Tal is a partner  in the Tax department.

Tal specializes in a broad range of tax matters, including property tax, income tax, international tax, trusts, and value added tax. Tal provides tax consulting to prominent clients from many sectors, which include international companies, public companies, and private investors and individuals, and has rich experience advising his clients in the planning and execution of transactions, and in preparing legal opinions and tax positions. Tal also frequently appears before the tax authorities and the judicial courts to represent his clients on various Israeli tax matters and procedures.

Tal advises his clients in the obtainment of tax rulings as well as approvals for complex transactions and provides creative solutions in domestic and cross border transactions to optimize tax structuring. Tal’s expertise also includes advising on trust taxation, at the stage of formation and thereafter, in Israel and worldwide.

Tal has vast experience in property tax matters. He represents his clients in legal disputes before the tax authorities (including in appeals), as well as in the context of multifaceted real estate transactions such as in urban development projects. Tal advises his clients throughout the entire transaction, from the submission of filings to the authorities, to the receipt of requisite approvals for the closing of the transactions.
