Shai is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department.

He specializes in representing both individuals and corporations before all levels of court and in arbitration proceedings across civil, commercial, and administrative law. Shai’s extensive experience spans a wide range of multi-disciplinary, complex, and high-stakes disputes, including those in contract law, corporate and shareholders’ disputes, private international law, competition law, telecommunications law, consumer protection law, and more.


Representative Experience

  • Representation of shareholders and companies under their control in complex and cross-border legal proceedings, which include monetary claims for huge sums regarding their separation processes and businesses.
  • Representation of a monopoly in legal proceedings concerning allegations of competition law violations and alleged damages amounting to hundreds of millions of NIS.
  • Representation of a dual-listed public company in legal proceedings concerning allegations of tens of millions of NIS in damages caused to its shareholders due to a drop in its share price.
  • Representation of a leading manufacturer in legal proceedings concerning allegations of hundreds of millions of NIS in damages due to the cancellation of a raw materials purchase agreement.
  • Representation in legal proceedings and providing ongoing legal advice for numerous leading companies on various commercial issues.
