Shada is an associate in the firm’s Project Finance and Energy and Infrastructure departments.
Her practice includes representation of domestic and international corporations in public tenders for the finance, construction and operation of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
Shada provides ongoing legal counsel to the projects during the financial closing, the construction and operation phases.
