Ron provides comprehensive legal counsel to Israeli and international high-tech companies throughout their lifecycle, advising, inter alia, on capital financing, M&A transactions, and complex commercial and technology agreements.

Between 2016-2021, Ron served in the Military Advocate General’s Corps, first as a legal advisor, and later as a Military Prosecutor.
Prior to joining EBN, Ron was an associate in the High-Tech, Venture Capital and M&A practice at Goldfarb, Gross, Seligman & Co. Law Firm.
