Ram is a partner in the Planning and Zoning Department and Administrative Law Department.
Ram has extensive experience in advising, supporting, and representing developers and private clients on a variety of planning processes before the different planning bodies and in the courts. Among others, he handles objections, contestation,s and appeals, claims under Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law, appeals against betterment levy charges, and claims for payment of expropriation compensation.
