Oren is a Partner in the Energy, Infrastructure & Project Finance Department.
His practice includes representation of domestic and international corporations in public tenders for the finance, construction and operation of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects with an emphasis on public-private partnerships (PPP), representation of borrowers and lenders in financial closings, including drafting and negotiating finance agreements, EPC agreements and O&M agreements, as well as providing ongoing legal counsel to the projects during the construction and operation phases, including all matters concerning the relationships between the project company and its shareholders, the client, the lenders, the EPC and O&M contractors, landowners, regulators and other project stakeholders.
