Oded is a senior associate in the corporate and M&A department.
Oded provides ongoing counseling to start-up companies through all stages of development on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A transactions and various types of venture capital transactions.
In addition, Oded has an extensive experience in providing legal advice on a wide variety of commercial agreements fields of technology, including licensing agreements, joint ventures and distribution agreements.
