Noam is a Partner in the Energy, Infrastructure & Project Finance Department.
His practice includes advising electricity production and supply license holders, providing legal opinions on electricity law and related regulatory aspects, representing energy companies in various entrepreneurial and commercial transactions and in proceedings before the IEC and relevant government agencies, accompanying renewable energy projects, and conducting competitive procedures.
