Nisim Menashe

Nisimis an associate in the Real Estate department.

Nisim’s practice includes, registration of co-owned properties (condominiums, residential towers, etc.) as well as registration of the rights of the respective buyers.

Nisim works with the various authorities in the field, including municipalities, local committees, land taxation entities, the Israel Land Administration, and other professional bodies. He also provides ongoing advice in support of the construction projects being handled by the firm.
