Netta is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure & Project Finance Department.
Her practice includes, among other things, representing local and international corporations in energy and infrastructure projects carried out in Israel and abroad, drafting Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreements, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreements, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) agreements, and advising financiers in the financial closing process, including drafting and structuring financing agreements.
