Mohammed possesses significant experience representing local and international corporations in both domestic and international tenders, as well as in the execution of complex, large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, including those utilizing public-private partnerships (PPPs) across a diverse range of sectors, including renewable energy, seawater desalination, natural gas projects, road construction, and complex mass transit systems, such as metro lines and light rail.
His comprehensive legal advisory services span all project phases: from the tender stage (encompassing tender review, strategic formulation of the proposal structures, and drafting of joint venture agreements) through the development, construction, and operation phases (drafting EPC and O&M Agreements as well as other subcontract and supply agreements).
