Itay specializes in ‘vacate and reconstruct’ projects and National Outline Plan (TAMA 38) construction transactions.

He has to his credit many years of experience in handling exceptionally complex transactions, including liens, multiple creditors, parcellation, interfaces with a range of authorities (local authorities, the Israel Land Authority, planning bodies, and others), bank financing, purchase groups, and more.

Itay engages in different aspects of property transactions, including land consolidation and parcellation, and planning and building. He also provides ongoing legal support to clients throughout all phases of construction. He is involved in land purchase agreements, sale agreements with residents, contractor and consultant agreements, bank financing agreements, and the registration of condominiums.
