Helit Simchoni

Adv. Helit Simchoni, a partner in our labor law department, has extensive experience representing local and international employers.

As part of her professional experience, she founded and managed a labor law department at a leading law firm throughout her career.

Helit provides comprehensive assistance to employers in all aspects of labor law, focusing on labor relations, human resources, and commercial considerations.

She specializes in complex litigation disputes across all legal courts.

Additionally, Helit handles collective labor disputes, representing employers in initial workers’ organizations, conducting collective negotiations, and drafting collective agreements. Helit has experience on both sides of the table, having previously represented the Histadrut – the Largest l Workers’ Union in Israel.

Helit advises clients on international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, structural changes, and the issuance of permits for employing foreign workers in Israel, including specialists workers.

She is a member of the Labor Law Forum of the Bar Association and serves as a mediator in labor disputes.

Helit frequently lectures at conferences and panels on labor law, including those organized by the Bar Association and the Association of Legal Counsel (ACC). She also lectures to students at academic institutions and human resource managers.

The Israel Bar Association has recognized her significant contributions to promoting education and deepening the study of law among lawyers and jurists.

Her work in labor law has been recommended by the international ranking guide ‘The LEGAL 500’.

In April 2024, Helit was appointed as a vice-chairman of the Specialization Committee, a statutory body crucial to training the next generation of Israeli lawyers.
