Gil is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Department. Gil specializes in complex commercial litigation. He represents corporations and individuals in legal proceedings in a variety of judicial instances, arbitration, and mediation in all aspects of commercial, civil, and administrative law.
Gil has been involved in numerous commercial disputes in many fields, including contracts, torts, insolvency proceedings, defamation, shareholders disputes, insurance, and more.
In addition, Gil has vast experience in class actions and derivative claims.
Recently, Gil has represented Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s leading bank, in complex insolvency proceedings; Sonol, a leading energy company, in large-scale class actions; Eden Springs, one of the leading mineral water companies in Israel, in a major arbitration; and many others.
