Eyal is a partner in the firm’s Labor Law Department.
Eyal specializes in the labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions. Eyal provides counsel to both international and local companies, with a particular focus on navigating labor and employment strategic considerations in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, investment rounds, and due diligence processes. His expertise includes addressing complex workforce, new models of employment, and employee transfer, ensuring compliance with labor laws and mitigating potential risks.
In addition, Eyal advises on a wide range of labor law matters, including labor court litigation, mediation, and the drafting of collective and individual employment agreements. He also provides ongoing legal advice on recruitment, employment terms and termination of employment, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of the firm’s clients.
