Eyal is a partner in the firm’s labor law Department.
Eyal counsels international and local companies in the field of labor law. His practice includes labor law litigation, meditation processes, drafting of diverse collective and individual employment agreements, providing opinions and providing ongoing legal counsel, including with respect to recruitment, terms of employment, and employment termination.
Included in his practice, Eyal advises the firm’s clients with respect to labor and employment aspects of cross-border and local M&A transactions and investment transactions, including due diligence processes.
