Eleanor is a partner in EBN’s litigation department.
Eleanor’s specialty areas are contracts, banking, corporations and partnerships, tenders, and insolvency and bankruptcy law.
Eleanor provides her clients with advice and ongoing legal support while representing them before various judicial, arbitration, and mediation tribunals. Among other things, Eleanor has represented—and continues to represent—large commercial entities in financial claims for substantial monetary sums and banks in precedential actions. She has also represented a pharmaceutical company in a lawsuit regarding a breach of a license agreement for the development of a drug, which led to the setting of binding precedents in civil procedure and private international law.
Eleanor was also involved in drafting a unique, first-of-its-kind infrastructure tender based on the design-and-build model.
