Efrat Rosner

Efrat is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department and in the Telecom& Media Department.

Efrat specializes in commercial litigation and her practice includes representation of corporations and individuals in commercial, civil and administrative litigation in all judicial instances, arbitration and mediation.

Efrat has been involved in numerous commercial disputes in many fields, including contracts, torts, insolvency proceedings, competition law, defamation, copyright law, and more. Efrat also gained experience in class action litigation in the field of securities law.

Recently, Efrat has represented Caesarstone in a NIS 400 million dispute; Nesher, Israel’s largest cement manufacturer, in a lawsuit based on a claim that Nesher abused its dominant position; and underwriters and officers in claims that were filed against them by the court-appointed functionary and bondholders. Efrat also provides ongoing legal advice to “Uvda” (“Fact”), the leading investigative and current affairs TV program.
