Daphna is the head of the Environment and ESG department at EBN. She provides comprehensive legal advice to private and public, local and international entities, on a wide range of environmental issues, including:
- Air, water, soil, rivers and sea pollution, sewage, radiation, and environmental nuisances.
- Environmental crisis management.
- Preparation of internal enforcement programs.
- Business licensing and occupational safety.
Within this role, Daphna strongly advocates for her business clients in regulatory matters. She is a familiar face in administrative proceedings before government authorities and ministries, including the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Health, the Water Authority, and local authorities. Her specialization in supporting mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and infrastructure projects, focusing on environmental and regulatory aspects, ensures that her clients are well-prepared and well-represented.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining EBN, Daphna was a senior associate at a leading law firm’s environmental and regulatory group (2016-2023), advising clients, including water and sewage corporations, on various legal issues relating to environmental law, including in the context of M&A’s. Prior to that, Daphna worked as an attorney at Adam Teva V’Din (Israel Union for Environmental Defence) for 5 years, first managing the organization’s legal aid hotline and later as an attorney specializing in hazardous materials and pesticides.
