Andrew Tsoran

Mr. Andrew Tsoran is the Managing Director at Ignite by EBN, bringing with him over 20 years of hands-on experience across various high-tech industries and the financial sector. Throughout his career, Andrew has established a stellar track record in managing and motivating cross-functional international teams, overseeing investments, manufacturing and supply chains, leading projects and R&D, and driving business growth through development, sales, and marketing. He has successfully built and executed investment strategies and managed central team activities, raising capital in one of the first cross-border funds in China, totaling $1 billion.

Before partnering with EBN, Andrew held executive management positions at several renowned companies, including Resmed (NYSE: RMD), Infinity Equity Funds, MobilEye (acquired by Intel), Shekel Brainweigh. Most recently, he served as the Managing Partner at Cukierman Investment House, where he led and accomplished several cross-border financing deals.

With a multicultural background and fluency in four languages, including Chinese, Andrew brings a wealth of international experience to his role. He earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering Cum Laude and an M.Sc. in Bio-Medical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Additionally, he attended the Business School of ECUST – East China University of Science and Technology, where he majored in an MBA. Andrew is also a retired officer from an elite technological unit in the IDF.
