Alon has extensive experience in representing development and contracting companies, acquisition groups, private and public entities, and investors in a variety of complex real estate transactions. These transactions span a range of projects, including, inter alia, residential, income-yielding, commercial, retail, hotel, and office projects, as well as M&A transactions, combination deals and exchanges, and urban renewal projects.
Alon previously served as a member of Israel’s Defense Ministry delegation to New York. In this capacity, he advised on complex transactions and led negotiations with major U.S. defense companies for the evaluation and purchase of advanced weapon systems for the IDF’s elite units.

Representing Blue Square Real Estate Ltd. in an agreement to purchase 24 office floors in the Global Towers complex, totaling approximately 37,000 sqm and 161 parking spaces, for a consideration package of approximately NIS 400 million.
Representing and advising Kardan Real Estate Initiation and Development Ltd. in several combination transactions across Israel for the development of large-scale residential projects involving substantial financial volumes.
Representing and advising MedOne Ltd. in a variety of transactions for the purchase of land plots designated for the construction of data centers throughout Israel, with a total scope of hundreds of millions of shekels.
Representing and advising MedOne Ltd. in the development of large-scale data center campuses nationwide, involving multi-billion shekel investments.
Representing Blue Square Real Estate Ltd. in agreements for the acquisition of rights and the development of a large-scale mixed-use project in the Shefa Complex in Bnei Brak, including industrial, commercial, and 388 residential units, with a total project value exceeding NIS 1 billion.
Representing a nonprofit organization in the sale of rights to a land plot in the city of Harish to Shikun & Binui Ltd., for approximately NIS 34 million.
Representing Amot Investments Ltd. in a transaction for the purchase of land rights designated for industrial use in Beit Shemesh, for approximately NIS 55 million.
