Alon is an associate in the Corporate and M&A Department at our firm.
Alon specializes in corporate and commercial law, offering ongoing counsel to companies on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial agreements, issues related to equity-based incentive plans and corporate governance.

Before his legal internship, Alon served as a consultant in the legal department of a high-tech company.
During his studies, Alon was editor of the journal “Dine Israel” (2022-2023) and an editorial board member of the journal “Iyunei Mishpat” (2021-2022).
Additionally, Alon worked as a research assistant to Prof. Ronen Avraham in the field of Law and Economics, and as a teaching assistant to Prof. Arye Edrei for the course “Advanced Issues in Jewish Law,” as well as to Dr. Barak Atiram for the course “Corporate Law.”
