Mohammad is a partner in the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Department.
Mohammad’s practice includes, among others, representation of domestic and international corporations in energy and infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad, accompanying purchases of reduced rate electricity from private electricity producers, accompanying transactions for the conversion of factories and purchase of natural gas, accompanying conventional technology, cogeneration, and renewable energy projects for the entire duration of the venture (including issuing licenses, drafting EPC and O&M agreements), representation of corporations and entrepreneurs before regulatory agencies, and representation of corporations in energy and infrastructure tenders.
