Yosef Mark

Yosef is an attorney in the firm’s corporate and commercial department.

Yosef has extensive experience in representing and advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, high-tech, biotech and pharma companies in all areas of their operations, ranging from incorporation, corporate and financing transactions (including equity investments, debt financing and mergers and acquisitions); commercial transactions and agreements (including distribution, supply, reseller, manufacturing, consulting, master service, collaboration, joint venture, services, licensing, clinical trial, safety, pharmacovigilance agreements); as well as general corporate governance and employment related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Yosef worked in the legal departments of an international medical device company and an international high-tech company and was a partner is an international law firm.
