As CEO, Reut is responsible for the firm’s strategic management, aligning with the business plan and the firm’s vision.
Her role encompasses leading processes to synchronize organizational strategy with professional practice areas, facilitating collaboration between the legal team and the administrative staff, and promoting firm-wide initiatives to enhance service quality and client value.
Furthermore, Reut spearheads growth and innovation initiatives, including implementing advanced technologies and providing ongoing support in managing organizational resources.
Reut’s professional and managerial background combines a profound legal foundation with a systemic understanding of organizational management, enabling her to guide the firm forward and adapt it to the evolving needs of the legal landscape.
Reut has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2008. She holds an LL.B. (with honors) from Tel Aviv University (2007) and an M.A. in Labor Studies (with honors) from Tel Aviv University (2011).
