Karin is a Partner in the Real Estate Department and Banking & Finance Department.
Karin handles a broad range of real estate transactions, including preliminary checks into land rights, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements for office space, managing negotiations, drafting project financing agreements vis-à-vis various finance providers, drafting contracts, supporting contractors and developers through residential projects and construction agreements, and advising developers during tenders issued by the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction, as well as on co-ownership and purchase group agreements.
Karin also handles credit and financing transactions and provides comprehensive legal services with respect to project financing, including handling the collateral required to secure such financing.

Representation of Kardan Real Estate in a combination transaction with hundreds of landowners in Hadera and in the promotion of a value-enhancing zoning plan.
