Amit is a senior associate in the firm’s Commercial Law department.
Amit’s practice includes, among others, ongoing legal advice to companies and support of investment and financing rounds.
Among other things, Amit engages in preparing commercial agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, founder and shareholder agreements, purchase agreements and employment agreements.
