Profile

Amihai is a partner in the Litigation Department.
His practice areas include legal representation of individuals and corporations in various judicial instances, arbitrations, and mediation proceedings in civil, commercial, and administrative law domains. Amihai specializes in complex litigation matters and has extensive experience in contract law, administrative petitions, and corporate law.
Amihai holds a Ph.D. in law and graduated with honors from the Hebrew University Faculty of Law with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. Prior to joining the firm, Amihai served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Yitzhak Amit at the Supreme Court of Israel and as a research fellow at the Hebrew University Faculty of Law.


Representative Experience

In recent years, Amihai has been involved in a range of high-profile cases, including:

  • Representing the Israel Postal Company and its chairman in a High Court petition against the chairman’s dismissal.
  • Representing leading Israeli renewable energy companies in administrative proceedings.
  • Representing shareholders and companies in lawsuits involving corporate and shareholder disputes.
