Meni is a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets & Securities Department, specializing in corporate and securities law, commercial law, and financial regulation.
He provides ongoing counsel to public companies in various sectors—including renewable energy, retail, high-tech, and real estate—advising on offerings, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as the regulatory and corporate governance aspects applicable to them.
Meni has extensive expertise and experience in capital raisings and bond issuances, including guiding private companies through their first initial public offering (IPO). In addition, he advises clients on corporate governance matters, including adopting compensation plans, conducting compliance surveys, and implementing internal enforcement programs under securities law.
